- Compassionate Visit benefits for a family member to be with the worker in times of serious illness;
- Medical Evacuation and Medical Repatriation in cases of emergency or critical health situations.
These benefits are granted pursuant to Rule XVI of the Omnibus Rules and Regulations Implementing the Migrant Workers and Overseas Filipinos Act of 1995 (Republic Act No. 8042), as amended by Republic Act No. 10022.
